Jerrold S. Parker is the founding partner of Parker Waichman LLP, a nationally recognized personal injury and mass tort law firm. With over 25 years of experience in personal injury litigation, he has built a distinguished career representing clients in complex personal injury, pharmaceutical, medical device, and mass tort cases. Before founding the firm in 1992, he served as a Special Agent in the Criminal Investigation Division of the U.S. Treasury Department's Internal Revenue Service from 1975 to 1983. He is also the creator of SmartAdvocate, a case management system for plaintiffs' personal injury law firms, and founded Innovative Legal Marketing. He has been admitted to practice in all New York State courts, certain Columbia State courts, and New Jersey State courts. He has received a Five Dragon rating on Law Dragon (the highest rating possible), the Billion Dollar Trial Lawyers Award, a 10.0 Avvo Rating, and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America 2026 for Mass Tort Litigation and Class Actions. He was selected to Super Lawyers from 2017 through 2024.
