About Raymond Silverman
Raymond C. Silverman is a Partner at Parker Waichman LLP in New York. He joined the firm as an Associate in August 2004 and became a Partner in January 2011. He has been a member of the New York Bar since April 2000 and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of New York. Over his more than twenty-one years of practice, he has handled general negligence, medical malpractice, and products liability litigation in New York State courts, and for the past decade has focused on representing plaintiffs in multidistrict and complex litigation. He has served as lead trial counsel in medical device cases, taken the depositions of senior corporate representatives in pharmaceutical and device companies, and worked with experts across disciplines ranging from orthopedics and epidemiology to biostatistics. He has served as Co-Lead Counsel in In Re: Mirena IUD Products Liability Litigation and currently serves as Co-Lead Counsel in In Re Tasigna Products Liability Litigation (MDL 3006), and as a member of the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in In Re: Davol/C.R.
