Ryan McAllister

Ryan McAllister is Senior Litigation Counsel at Parker Waichman LLP, focusing on personal injury and mass tort litigation. With a career spanning both plaintiff and defense work, he has extensive trial experience in nursing home negligence, catastrophic injury, and medical malpractice cases. He holds a dual degree in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from Syracuse University and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. He began his career as a prosecutor, trying cases from DUIs to violent felonies, before transitioning to civil litigation. He has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in New York, and was recognized in the Top 50 Verdicts in New York in 2025.
