Mark Bennett

Mark Bennett is a Lead Attorney at Parnall Law Firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Bennett earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in 1989, where he was a member of the Duquesne University Law Review, and his Bachelor of Arts from Duquesne University in 1986. He is admitted to all Pennsylvania State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

A Canonsburg, Pennsylvania native, Bennett began his legal career as a clerk in juvenile and private law offices, then worked in civil litigation before joining Berger and Green to represent injured accident victims. He moved to Albuquerque in 2019 to practice at Parnall Law. He is a Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation.
