Joseph Pendergast

Joseph "J.P." Pendergast is the owner and managing attorney at Pendergast Law in Washington state. As a former King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, he saw first-hand how accidents change people's lives. He has over 30 years of experience representing injured people throughout Washington. With extensive trial experience and deep familiarity with personal injury law, Mr. Pendergast has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.
