Ross Paczkowski

Ross W. Paczkowski is an Associate Attorney at Peterson & Associates, P.C. in Kansas City, Missouri. He joined the firm in July 2017.

His practice centers on personal injury litigation, including motor vehicle collisions, trucking incidents, dangerous premises, dog bites, and other personal injury matters.

Before joining Peterson & Associates, Paczkowski worked as a real estate transactional tax consultant at a national St. Louis-based firm.

He earned his Juris Doctor and Master's in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Missouri.

He is admitted to the Missouri and Kansas bars, and is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the Missouri Board of Accountancy.

He is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, and Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2021, 2022) and Super Lawyer (2024).
