Danielle DeSpirito

Danielle DeSpirito is an attorney at Phillips Law Group. Her practice has included family law in Colorado and personal injury litigation in Texas, where she managed cases across multiple states involving motor vehicle crashes, trucking accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and wrongful death claims.

DeSpirito earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she received the George Bloom Scholarship for academic excellence and strong ethical character. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Ursinus College, with double minors in Spanish and Media and Communication Studies.

She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas, and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

While in law school, she served as President of the Student Bar Association and was a Certified Legal Intern in the Family Law Clinic.
