Background
Benjamin E. Reyes is a partner at PKSD Accident and Injury Lawyers, representing seriously injured people and victims of nursing home, hospital, and long-term care neglect or abuse. Reyes earned his Juris Doctor cum laude (top 10%) from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College. He is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Method at Thunderhead Ranch in Wyoming. He is admitted to the State Bars of Wisconsin, Illinois, New Mexico, and Texas, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the District of New Mexico, and the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Reyes served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Aaron E. Goodstein of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and interned at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Before joining PKSD, he defended catastrophic personal injury and product liability claims. Reyes is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice Nursing Home Litigation Group, and the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association, and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has published two articles in legal journals (2017-2018). His honors include Wisconsin Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2019-2023), Wisconsin Super Lawyers (2024-2025), the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 for Wisconsin, and CALI Awards in Advanced Trial Advocacy and Comparative Transitional Justice.
