Jeffrey Pitman

Jeffrey A. Pitman is a partner at PKSD Accident and Injury Lawyers focused on representing victims of serious personal injury and nursing home abuse and neglect. With more than 28 years of practice experience, he has obtained tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and New Mexico.

Pitman is admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin and has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 2000. He holds an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Pitman is a member of the Nursing Home Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Iowa Association for Justice, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a Past President of the Wisconsin Association for Justice (2013).
