Patrick O'Neill

Patrick C. O'Neill is a partner at PKSD Accident and Injury Lawyers. He has been a practicing attorney since 1992 (33 years), has tried more than 90 jury trials, settled thousands of cases, and has tried and settled cases worth tens of millions of dollars.

O'Neill earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1992 and his undergraduate degree cum laude from St. Norbert College in 1989, where he was a member of the Honors Program and a National Football Hall of Fame scholarship recipient. He is admitted to the State Bars of Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and New Mexico.

O'Neill is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. He also serves as a Milwaukee County Court Commissioner.

He has an AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.0 rating from AVVO. He has led seminars for attorneys on personal injury litigation and served as a visiting lecturer at University of Wisconsin System campuses.
