
About Nathalie Levy
Nathalie Levy received her B.A. from Boston University and her J.D. summa cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, graduating fifth in her class, earning Dean's List recognition every semester, and receiving a Goodwin merit scholarship. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor of the Law Review and as a teaching assistant. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and class actions in multidistrict litigation proceedings, with experience spanning federal securities, aviation, personal injury, wrongful death, ERISA, and family law matters. She plays a key role on the Lead Counsel team in the Takata Airbag Product Liability MDL (No. 2599), overseeing electronic discovery and document review of over six million documents in multiple languages. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and is bilingual in English and Spanish and fluent in French. She is listed in the Chambers USA Guide for Litigation: Mainly Plaintiffs (2016-2018).
