About Pablo Rojas
Pablo Rojas is a plaintiffs' attorney who has recovered over $800 million for clients since joining Podhurst Orseck in 2019. He handles personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, class actions, and complex commercial disputes. He holds a J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, a Robert McKay Scholar, a Furman Public Policy Scholar, and an Executive Editor of the NYU Environmental Law Journal. He earned his B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Brown University. Before law school, Pablo worked at an international bank in New York and on the staff of Senator Robert P. Casey, Jr. He is a member of the Florida and New York Bars. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Notable results include judgments totaling more than $1 billion in the Chapecoense aircraft disaster (2020), a $13 million personal injury verdict in a construction accident case, and participation in the $127.5 million FBI Parkland settlement.
