Background
Arielle K. Allen is a Trial Lawyer at Ramos James Law, PLLC in Austin, Texas, where she represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters. Before joining the firm, she gained experience with the Texas Office of the Attorney General, with a focus on disability rights and foster care advocacy. Allen earned her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Diversity Awareness from the University of Maryland, and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, where she received Pro Bono Honors. She is admitted to the bars of Texas, Colorado, and Arizona, and to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. Allen is active in the Texas legal and Austin communities — she is a 2025 honoree of the Austin Young Lawyers Association Leadership Class, was a speaker at the 2025 Forever Families Gala, presented at the 2023 Mentor of the Year Texas Law Alumni Awards Program, and won the 2025 Best General Interest Story Award for an article on traumatic brain injury.
