Alicia Oaks

Alicia M. Oaks is the Managing Attorney of Ramos Law Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers' Colorado Springs office, with 17 years of experience as an attorney. She joined Ramos Law in 2020.

Oaks has worked on both sides of claims, handling personal injury, property damage, construction defect, and property disputes. Her prior insurance defense experience informs how she approaches insurer evaluation of claims. Originally from Rhode Island, she lived in Detroit for 15 years before relocating to Colorado Springs.
