Zeke Maggard

Zeke Maggard is a Litigation Attorney at Ramos Law Personal Injury & Accident Lawyers, joining the firm in 2025. He focuses on personal injury litigation, including auto accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.

Originally from Southeastern Kentucky's Appalachian region, Maggard was inspired to pursue law after witnessing corporations exploit residents unfamiliar with contract language. He earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2019. Before joining Ramos Law, he worked in the litigation department at another Denver personal injury firm. He secured a Top 10 Jury Verdict in Colorado for 2024 and has facilitated dozens of six-figure settlements for injured clients.
