Matthew Powell

Matthew W. Powell is an Associate at Spear Greenfield (Rand Spear: The Accident Lawyer) representing clients in personal injury matters. He brings extensive civil litigation experience, having previously represented insurance companies and their policyholders in insurance defense cases involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, general liability, construction defects, and professional liability claims. During law school, he supported low-income housing cooperatives and nonprofit organizations through the Community and Economic Development Law Clinic.
