About David Weissman
David Weissman has devoted his practice to representing people injured in accidents and pursuing social security disability and civil rights claims. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 1989 and built his own South Florida practice over nearly 20 years, growing it to two offices, 11 attorneys, and a 50-person support staff. He joined Raybin & Weissman in 2008 to lead the firm's civil litigation and personal injury practice. Over his career he has tried more than 100 cases to verdict. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest a lawyer can achieve, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for many years. He is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, a board-certified Florida attorney, and a multiple-year selection to Tennessee Super Lawyers. He holds bar admissions in Tennessee, Florida, and Utah, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle District of Tennessee, the Southern District of Florida, and the District of Utah.
