Terry Rector

Terry E. Rector is an attorney at Rector Stuzynski Law Firm in Colorado Springs. A Colorado Springs native, he has been practicing law in his hometown since 1981 and has been operating his own law firm since 1987.

Rector limits his practice to representing individuals injured by the negligence of others (car, motorcycle, trucking, and other personal injury cases) and people who need legal representation for DUI, drug-related offenses, sexual offenses, domestic violence, and other charges.

Rector is a former Deputy District Attorney and Assistant County Attorney, both in Adams County. He also previously worked in insurance defense.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 1981 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 1978.

He has been registered with the Colorado Supreme Court since October 23, 1981.
