John J. Houlihan, Jr. has spent more than three decades at RisCassi & Davis, P.C., where he began as a summer intern in 1979 and was appointed Managing Partner in 1994. Throughout his career, he has secured millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for injured clients, including an $8.1 million verdict in a medical malpractice case involving an improperly performed biopsy, a $7.2 million settlement for a child who suffered brain damage during surgery, and a $7.2 million verdict in a wrongful death case involving a DOT supervisor killed on the job.
