Samantha Rittgers

Samantha K. Rittgers practices in all areas of employment law. She counsels management on discipline, workplace harassment, compliance with federal and state laws, termination, and wage and hour issues, and defends employers in employment litigation before state and federal agencies involving race, gender, national origin discrimination, and sexual harassment claims. She also conducts in-house training sessions for managers and employees on respectful workplace, discrimination, and human resources policies. Samantha previously worked in the legal departments of GE Aviation, Luxottica, and Kroger, and interned for U.S. District Judge Michael Barrett. She has been recognized on the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list.
