John Rajaee

John Rajaee is a Partner at RMD Law - Personal Injury Lawyers, a former defense lawyer turned award-winning personal injury attorney. He has practiced in California since 2008, with more than 16 years of experience. After representing corporations on the defense side, Rajaee transitioned to plaintiff personal injury work, focusing on vehicle accidents, traumatic injuries, and wrongful death cases.

Rajaee earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside in 2003, with additional Political Science studies at the University of Cambridge in 2001. He received his Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law in 2007.

He is a Distinguished Member of both the American Institute of Personal Injury Lawyers and Lawyers of Distinction. His honors include the Avvo Clients' Choice Award (2015), Super Lawyers Rising Star (2018), People Love Us on Yelp (2017), and Top 50 Verdicts from TopVerdict (2020). He speaks English and Farsi.
