About Mike Banks

Mike Banks graduated from the University of Utah in 2003 with bachelor's degrees in Anthropology and Speech Communication. He earned his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2006, where he received an award for Best Appellate Argument and, as a third-year student, successfully argued an appeal before the Oregon Court of Appeals. After law school he joined Robert J. DeBry & Associates to represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases. In 2013, he was part of a trial team that obtained a $58.5 million verdict in a wrongful death lawsuit in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He has served as President of the firm and has successfully arbitrated, mediated, and tried numerous lawsuits on behalf of injured clients and families who have lost loved ones.
