Penny McElhaney

Penny McElhaney is the Chief Executive Officer and an attorney at Rocky McElhaney Law Firm in Nashville, Tennessee. She manages firm operations and legal services and plays a key leadership role in the firm's workplace culture and community service initiatives.

Before practicing law, McElhaney served in the U.S. Army Reserve and worked as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C.

She serves as President of Sumner County CASA and as a Board Member of the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce. She has been recognized as one of Sumner County's Women Impacting the Community.
