About Daniel Minc
Daniel C. Minc is a Partner at Rosenberg, Minc, Falkoff & Wolff. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Hofstra University, a Master of Arts in Economics from SUNY Stony Brook, and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He joined the firm upon graduation and has remained as a litigation partner, representing seriously injured victims of personal injury and medical malpractice throughout his career. His verdicts and settlements total well in excess of $500 million, highlighted by a $15 million jury verdict against one of the largest hospitals in Manhattan. He has been a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association for over twenty years, was selected as a national SuperLawyer, and in 2020 was named one of America's Top 100 Personal Injury Lawyers.
