About Jason Poore

Jason W. Poore focuses his practice on representing those catastrophically injured by medical malpractice, hospital negligence, and dangerous products. Most recently, he assisted founding partner Joel Feller in securing a $35 million recovery for a young woman who suffered catastrophic amputations after a uterine infection was improperly treated, a case involving highly complex sepsis and toxic shock syndrome issues. He has also aided in multimillion-dollar settlements including $26 million in a product liability and worksite safety case involving a construction worker's death; $18.2 million for failure to timely deliver a premature baby; $18 million in a birth injury causing neurologic disabilities; $16 million in a neonatal meningitis case; $15 million for failure to treat and prevent preterm labor; and $10.5 million in a New Jersey birth injury case. Before joining Ross Feller Casey, Poore was a partner at a leading regional defense firm concentrating on complex medical malpractice actions and construction defect cases. He served on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Philadelphia Bar Association and created and chairs the PBA Youth Courts Committee. Poore earned his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Delaware and his law degree cum laude from Temple Law School. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and admitted to multiple federal district courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
