About Kevin McHale
Kevin J. McHale joined Ross Feller Casey in April 2026 and represents catastrophically injured individuals and their families in complex personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Prior to joining the firm, McHale practiced at another Philadelphia-area personal injury firm and at an Am Law 200 defense firm in its medical malpractice group, litigating complex catastrophic injury and medical malpractice cases. His experience on both sides of the bar gives him insight into how hospitals, physicians, and insurance companies evaluate and defend claims. McHale is a Philadelphia-area native and former Ivy League student-athlete. He graduated cum laude with a degree in criminology from the University of Pennsylvania, where he lettered multiple years as a member of the men's heavyweight rowing team and was recognized by the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (All-Academic Team) and The Philadelphia Inquirer (Academic All-Area Team). He earned a full merit scholarship to Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and published an article in the Texas Environmental Law Journal while there. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
