Edismary Brito

Edismary Brito is a Personal Injury Attorney and Partner at Rubenstein Law in Miami. Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami after relocating as a child, she was the first member of her family to attend college. She earned her Bachelor of Biological Science with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University in 2012, and graduated top of her class with her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2018. Before law school she worked as a pre-litigation assistant at Rubenstein Law for nearly three years before returning as an attorney. She was elevated to partner in November 2025. Her practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and negligent security.
