Gabriela Espaillat

Gabriela Espaillat is a Personal Injury Attorney at Rubenstein Law, based in Fort Lauderdale. Born in New York City and raised between Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and South Florida, she earned her B.A. in International Studies from the University of Miami in 2014 and her J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2019. While in law school, she served as Vice President of Finance for the Trial Team and earned the Best Advocate title in the 2018 Intramural Competition. She has coached the St. Thomas Trial Team since 2019 and serves as an Associate Faculty Advisor since 2024. Before joining Rubenstein Law she served as a public defender handling thousands of cases and worked in insurance defense litigation. She represents clients in both English and Spanish, focusing on traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, and negligent security cases.
