Megan Schmidt

Megan Schmidt is a Mass Torts/Litigation Attorney at Rubenstein Law. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she focuses on personal injury and mass tort cases. Prior to joining Rubenstein Law, she served as a fellow and certified legal intern for the Children and Youth Law Clinic at the University of Miami, managing complex litigation cases for foster children in South Florida. She identifies as a disabled, Latina lawyer committed to making the legal profession more inclusive and accessible.
