Ninfa Rodriguez Schmidt

Ninfa Rodriguez Schmidt is the Managing Partner of Rubenstein Law. Born and raised in Miami, she joined the firm in 1990 at the start of her legal career and rose through key roles under the mentorship of founder Robert Rubenstein before earning her law degree and returning as an attorney. She leads firmwide operations, overseeing more than 60 attorneys (including 13 Board Certified Trial Lawyers) and a management team of over 30. Her practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment law.
