Tahyli Garcia

Tahyli Garcia is a personal injury attorney at Rubenstein Law in Miami. Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Miami, her practice focuses on traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and premises liability. She joined Rubenstein Law as a law clerk in fall 2022 and was promoted to attorney. During law school she served as Vice President of the Tort Law Society and competed in the Chester Bedell Mock Trial Competition, and she completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Judge Abby Cynamon in 2022.
