Carter Rutter

Carter Rutter is a personal injury attorney at Rutter Mills, LLP in Virginia, where he is a third-generation personal injury attorney at the firm. His practice covers personal injury law and litigation.

A Hampton Roads native, Rutter is instrumental in firm operations and marketing, including helping facilitate The Dome by Rutter Mills entertainment venue partnership.

He earned his B.A. in Economics with a minor in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia, his M.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Marketing and Management from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law.
