Lael Pierce

Lael Pierce is a personal injury attorney at Rutter Mills, LLP in Virginia. Her practice covers car accident litigation and personal injury law.

Before her current role, Pierce served as a Public Defender, then as a Prosecutor for Norfolk and Chesapeake, and as a Public Defender in Winchester.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013, and her Juris Doctor with a Master's in Human Services Counseling from Regent University in 2017.
