Charles Simons

Charles T. Simons is an attorney at Ryan Bisher Ryan & Simons, devoting his practice entirely to workers' compensation law. Since joining the firm in 1996, he has resolved more than 4,000 workers' compensation claims for injured Oklahomans.

Born in Woodville, Texas, Simons relocated to West Virginia at age 10 and worked various jobs growing up, including at a grocery store and coal-fired power plant. He earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1998 and his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice-Legal Studies magna cum laude from Marshall University in 1995, where he was named Outstanding Legal Studies Student (1994-95) and was a Drinko Scholarship recipient. He was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 1998.
