About Michael Sabbeth
Michael Sabbeth founded Sabbeth Law after spending several years as a partner at another Upper Valley personal injury firm. He handles personal injury and workers' compensation cases in both Vermont and New Hampshire, and is known for taking cases to trial when necessary. After opening the firm, Mike secured a seven-figure settlement the day after conducting voir dire in a case the defendant had previously denied outright, with an initial offer of zero. He trained at the Spence Trial Lawyers College and uses focus groups and medical illustration and animation to build and present cases. Mike grew up outside New York City and attended Vermont Law School, where he chaired the Trial Advocacy Moot Court Team. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, named a Super Lawyer of New England, and served as President of the Vermont Association for Justice for the 2022-23 term.
