About Emily Grubb Coffing

Emily’s focus on advocacy and fighting for the rights and needs of others started as a teenager. She discovered her passion for trial advocacy through her high school’s mock trial program and never turned back. Emily later earned a position on the trial team at Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law to further develop her trial advocacy skills. She also served as a teaching assistant for the Introduction to Trial Advocacy course. While at Drexel, Emily interned with the civil division of the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she assisted US Attorneys through the full spectrum of the litigation process and co-authored an article on the Federal Tort Claims Act for the Department of Justice’s Journal. While in law school, Emily received a 2023-2024 Ms. JD Fellowship, joining a community committed to the success of aspiring and early-career women lawyers. Emily joined Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky as a law clerk in 2023. Since then, she has worked tirelessly to assist in the recovery of millions of dollars for clients. Emily has long sought to become a trial attorney and champion the rights of the severely injured. She represents catastrophically injured individuals and their families, and primarily represents victims of construction and design failures, workplace and industrial accidents, trucking accidents, auto and crashworthiness accidents, and accidents resulting from defective or malfunctioning products.
