About John T. Hinton, III

John T. Hinton, III represents individuals in complex and catastrophic personal injury matters involving workplace accidents, dangerous products, vehicle accidents, and other preventable accidents. He brings a sharp, strategic perspective informed by experience on both sides of high-exposure litigation and a deep understanding of how serious injury claims are evaluated and defended. Prior to joining the firm, John practiced at a premier regional defense firm, where he primarily represented corporations and insurance carriers in catastrophic injury cases. He managed matters throughout the litigation process and gained valuable experience in trial settings. While John mainly represented defendants in his prior firm, he handled several cases where he represented injured plaintiffs. Those rewarding experiences shaped his decision to devote his practice to representing those who have been catastrophically injured. That experience also helps him to anticipate defense tactics, position cases for maximum recovery, and advocate for his clients. John received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business. He then earned his law degree, cum laude , from Widener University Delaware Law School. While in law school, he served on the Widener Law Review Editorial Board and served as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, John brings a grounded, client-focused approach to his practice.
