About K. Andrew Heinold
K. Andrew (Drew) Heinold tirelessly fights for catastrophically injured plaintiffs in courts across the country with the majority of his matters in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America. In Drew’s decade of representing injured clients, he has gained experience across nearly all disciplines of personal injury including construction accidents, injuries caused by defective products, sexual assaults and human trafficking, auto accidents, commercial trucks, electrical injuries, premises liability, among many other personal injury fields. During his time at Saltz Mongeluzzi Bendesky, Drew has continued to hone his craft by obtaining a legal master’s degree in trial advocacy from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University, graduating with honors. Drew has obtained tens of millions of dollars for his clients and has helped plaintiffs as a whole through numerous appellate victories, including Hangey v. Husqvarna . In Hangey , Drew helped develop the record and arguments that led the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to clarify the venue rules, broadening Plaintiff’s selection of which court they may bring their case. Since the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision in November 2023, Hangey v. Husqvarna has already helped injured Plaintiff’s seek justice and compensation in venues all across Pennsylvania.
