About Mariano Cepeda
Mariano is a dedicated trial attorney who relentlessly advocates for individuals and families affected by catastrophic injuries or wrongful death. Mariano’s practice primarily focuses on representing victims of construction site and workplace accidents, product defects and malfunctions, commercial trucking and motor vehicle accidents, and serious injuries due to defects or dangers on commercial and residential properties. He has assisted in the recovery of tens of millions of dollars for clients. His commitment to justice is driven by a deep understanding of how accidents can devastate lives, a perspective shaped by his upbringing in a community of hardworking, blue-collar individuals. Born in Rosario, Argentina, and having immigrated to the United States, Mariano’s values of resilience, empathy, and service were ingrained early by his family and local community. He witnessed firsthand how workplace accidents can uproot families, inspiring him to fight for those most in need. Mariano attended Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate and excelled in leadership roles as President of the Latin American Law Student Association and Class Representative of the Student Bar Association. During law school, Mariano had the distinct privilege of serving as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the United States Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
