Michael Manara

Michael Manara is a dedicated trial attorney who focuses on representing those who have suffered catastrophic injury or death as a result of another’s inexcusable conduct. Before becoming an attorney, Michael learned the value of discipline, hard work, and tenacity while serving as an infantry rifleman in the United States Marine Corps, where he attained the rank of Sergeant. During his time in the Marines, Michael deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and participated in joint training exercises in both Mozambique and Aruba. He received numerous awards for his exemplary conduct. Michael began his legal career representing victims of crime as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia. As an ADA, Michael honed his trial skills in the Major Trials Unit, where he served as the lead prosecutor where he litigated hundreds of cases, including attempted murder, aggravated assault, burglary, robbery, kidnapping, narcotics, and firearms offenses. As a skilled trial attorney, Michael transitioned to civil practice, where he worked for an insurance company defending personal injury cases. There, he gained valuable insight into how defendants strategize, as well as, how insurance companies defend injury cases. He uses that invaluable experience to anticipate the defenses of the insurance companies.
