Emily Art

Emily T. Art is an Associate Attorney at Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in Chicago, focusing on catastrophic personal injury, medical negligence, and wrongful death cases. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and History from Clark University in 2017 and her J.D. with honors from UIC School of Law in 2023. She joined the firm as a law clerk in 2022 and was promoted to Associate Attorney in 2023. In her first trial with the firm, she and the trial team won a $12.2 million jury verdict for a tractor-trailer driver injured in an I-70 crash. As a law clerk, she assisted on the trial team that secured a record-breaking $363 million jury verdict against medical sterilization plant Sterigenics, and on a $32.7 million medical negligence verdict.
