David Payne

David Payne is an Associate Attorney at Sandoval & James Law Firm in Austin, Texas, where he joined the litigation department in 2021 immediately after passing the Texas Bar exam. He represents clients in personal injury matters with a focus on personalized representation and case-by-case advocacy.

Born and raised in Austin, Payne earned his undergraduate degree from Huston-Tillotson University, a historically Black college and university located in Austin. He earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston.

He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Austin Young Lawyers Association.
