Michael Garafalo

Michael Garafalo is an attorney at Schiller Law Offices in Carmel, Indiana. His career encompasses personal injury, professional malpractice, and criminal defense, with extensive litigation support experience spanning client intake, investigation, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.

Garafalo earned his Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on Latin American studies and a minor in Political Science from Long Island University, where he was inducted into Phi Alpha Theta, the National History Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he served on the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal.

For more than a decade, Garafalo has volunteered with rescue organizations dedicated to rehabilitating and rehoming at-risk dogs.
