Michael Rubin

Michael Rubin is an attorney at Schochor, Staton, Goldberg & Cardea, P.A. in Baltimore, focusing on medical malpractice, negligence, sexual abuse, and wrongful death cases. A Baltimore native, he joined the firm in 2023 after spending over a dozen years as a civil defense attorney at an Annapolis firm, where he became partner in 2019. He uses his prior defense experience to advocate for plaintiffs, with trial experience in medical malpractice jury trials and arguments before the Appellate Court of Maryland.
