About Sergio A. Garciduenas-Sease
Sergio represents individuals and families who have suffered serious injuries, wrongful death, sexual abuse, and other devastating harms. He is committed to helping survivors obtain justice while holding individuals, corporations, and government entities accountable. During law school, Sergio advocated for farmworker rights with Columbia Legal Services and clerked for the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in Costa Rica as well as the ACLU of Washington. As a proud Mexican American, he is fluent in Spanish and regularly represents Spanish-speaking clients throughout Washington. He serves as President of the Latina/o Bar Association of Washington and as a member of the Board of Directors of Columbia Legal Services.
