Cinde Warmington

Cinde Warmington is Chair of the firm's Health Care Practice Group and focuses her practice on healthcare law and regulatory matters. Her work includes advising healthcare providers on general business concerns, corporate bylaws, contracting, medical staff matters, Stark and Anti-kickback law, EMTALA, HIPAA, and Medicare and Medicaid billing and coding. She is a Shareholder and Director of the firm and has served as a member of the New Hampshire Executive Council.
