Samantha Heuring

Samantha Heuring is a member of the firm's Personal Injury practice group and an advocate for injury victims of all types, including those whose cases involve employment law and civil rights dimensions. She earned her B.S.B.A. from Central Michigan University (2015) and her J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. She was admitted to the New Hampshire bar in 2019. Prior to joining Shaheen and Gordon, she represented more than a dozen victims of physical and sexual abuse at the New Hampshire Youth Development Center, obtaining the first maximum settlement of $1.5 million through the state's YDC Settlement Fund and two additional large settlements. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2025 for Personal Injury Litigation, Plaintiffs.
