Scott Tillinghast

Scott Tillinghast is an attorney at Shapiro Law Team in Phoenix, Arizona. Shortly after his bar admission in October 2025, he served as co-counsel on a $5 million verdict for a client struck head-on by a drunk driver.

Before practicing law, Tillinghast was a teacher from 2018 to 2022. He earned his J.D. from Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, where he served as Executive Note and Comment Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal. He earned undergraduate degrees from Northern Arizona University and from Arizona State University's Mary Lou Fulton Teacher's College.

Tillinghast was admitted to the Arizona bar in 2025.
