John Cowart

John P. Cowart is a founding partner at Shaw Cowart Attorneys at Law LLP with over 30 years of trial experience across all types of personal injury cases. Before co-founding the firm, he worked at Swearingen, Clark & Moore and Wells, Peyton Greenberg & Hunt, then formed Cowart & Neichoy, L.L.P. His career has included significant verdicts and settlements in employment cases, insurance bad faith litigation, automobile and trucking accidents, and a multimillion-dollar federal qui tam matter.
