John Shook

John B. Shook is a founding Partner at Shook & Stone in Las Vegas, Nevada, with over 18 years of legal experience. His expertise covers product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, car accidents, and insurance bad faith.

Shook earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1994 and his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Oklahoma State University in 1991. He is admitted to practice in Nevada.

The State Bar of Nevada has certified Shook as a Personal Injury Specialist, and he serves as an arbitrator for the Eighth Judicial District court-annexed arbitration program. His honors include AV Preeminent rating, Avvo 10.0, Super Lawyers, and Client Champion - Platinum award. In 2015 he co-founded SpectrumConnects, a nonprofit helping children on the autism spectrum.
